Last Minute stuff
We will be on playanet while we're out there. So if you want to watch a live web cam from BRC, my IM is spider_rabbit, that's on Yahoo Messenger. We'll have a web cam running periodically. Also, we'll scan the amazing pictures of the Carousel Numinous Fundraiser and put them up after the event. No time now and my home machine died.
Saturday is pickup day and organization day in SF. Tuesday is truck loading day, so come on over when you can to help us get this show on the road. Almost there!!!

Latest News: Camp Placement
The Map of the City with us in Red and the Carousel in BLUE is at new_bm_2003_map_camp_FINAL.jpg. We're at Esplanade and Certain 5:30. Go to Center Camp and take a right. Gigsville is across the Street and we back up to Center Camp (I think the Post Office).
Latest News: PLAYA PREVIEW and HOUSE PARTY
We've got a Carousel in our back yard and our house is full to overflowing with Art. We have visitors constantly and we've got the "tour" down. Let's have a House party, give away some cool stuff, get people excited aobut the project and get some support from the community. It's all about supporting the ARTs! Check out thin invitation at JennyBird Art and if you're on the Evite, invite your friends. It'll be a great night of Art and DJ Demeter of Art of Hot will be performing in the basement.
Latest News: WORK DAYS are WORK WEEKS
Things are definately coming together! Anyone who can come to the Bird's Nest for the next 5 weekends, please come on over. We usually start work around 11 and there is plenty to do. This week, electrical, sound and mechanical events. Next weekend, the cone structure, finish the other carousels and finish the cars. See the Timeline for a list of things that are going on in the next 4 weeks. Send John and email letting him know what day you can come over.

Latest News: Our Theme Camp
We need 1/4 inch 4x8 ' plywood, lots of it. Shane is building an arcway sign, "Camp Numinous" for the camp. Shekky is working on sound walls for our living area. We also will need a runner to pick up stuff from Shekky's work when it become avaliable. We're using the Headless Madien Bar for our Lounge and we'll enlarge it, make it Carousel and hopefully have one of those burners they use to lift Hot Air Balloons on the roof.
Carousel Numinous Camp
is in full effect. We are the remnants of Headless Years Past and we're in full production mode of our new THEME CAMP IDEA for 2003. If you're reading this web page, then you've expressed interest in being part of our camp.
We realized last year that our infrastructure after 6 years of going to BRC is pretty hardy. In 2000 we spent a lot of time working on electrical and structural concerns. This year we will have the luxury to spend less time on those things and we'll all be able to work on a large scale art project, the CAROUSEL NUMINOUS
So WELCOME to the phenomenon that is a Burning Man Theme Camp. We've started early and we're glad you've joined our merry band. We had a great time in 2000 as the Headless Maiden and this year proves to be Beyond Belief.
