- Each bike is hacksawed at the rear tire above the gears and at the middle seat pipe. Shekky
- The handle bars and front forks are removed. Shekky
- The cut piece is then turned around and welded back onto the rear spoke assembly. SR
- a scrap plate is then welded as a frame underneath the seat for the car (above the rear tire)SR
- A plate is welded onto the top of the fork assembly.SR
- Both welded plate sections are attached with bolts to the spokes.
- The rear gear of the bike is outfitted with the last gear with another chain on it.
- This chain goes out to a gear welded to the rear spoke
- That gear turns a cam that goes from the bike rear to inside the cone
- at the cone, anther gear on the end of the cam connects to series of chains and gears inside the 1 foot panel section.
